Never recieved product and over charged

My spouse requested the smoking assissin item. We were informed the price was $39.95. They charged us $79.90. The merchandise never came. We named them twice and equally times they stated the merchandise must appear came and eliminated. Nevertheless no solution! Today, following a month, they charged our consideration again for that $79.90. We named our lender to prevent any more costs and submitted a scam problem.
