TallMenShoes.com customer service sucks, got ripoff, fraud, dishonest

I ordered one pair of shoes from them, trusting them as I saw their ADs many places claiming to be the best elevator shoes provider.

After order was placed, waitted for amolst one month to receive my shoes!!! I had sent over 5 emails and got the same "official" reply that my order is under processing. And that was not the worst part. The shoes, were worn and not in good condition. I couldn't accept this and asked for refund. The customer service is very unpatient in calls, did not even allow me to explain and finally rejected my refund request.

I have been shopping online for years and never seen this kind of vampire company. They suck your money like a vampire sucking blood. Stay away from this kind of company
