Lied about a refund and still have not received it

Ordered two pair of shoes and received two pair of the same shoes and never received my bracelets. Opended an investigation with ups and they advised that the order had to be a shipment order due to same pair of shoes came twice. Aldos has not refunded my money as of today and they have until fri before i take this to the media... Enough is enough with the poor customer service from this company. I will never shop there again!!! This was ordered online from the website directly
