Rudeness and non-delivery

I went out-of gas for cooking in my own house. I named amerigas in Palmer plus they possess a lady there (Terry) that's excessively rude and condescending. They never agreed to sen a guy out for an additional cost (that we might have compensated) and explained they might contact the day of the shipping to I would like to realize that these were arriving. I told them which was undesirable therefore she stated they'd call Mon (5 nights later) to inform me your day they'd maintain my region. Who enterprise in this way? I'd to consume out to get a week or cook in my own stove.

They made me wait a complete week for gas!
