I have a bill that I am disputing with a cellular phone company. They referred my account to NCO services.

I received a letter from NCO saying I owed money. I wrote back saying that I disputed these charges.

I then received another letter. I called them to get the situation resolved. Words cannot describe to horrible way that I was treated. I was hung up upon twice, called names, etc.

I understand there is a need for companies to receive monies owed to them, but the use of the likes of NCO reflects badly on a company.

Please be careful in dealing with them. They are unbelievable.
