Ripoff

I also received a notice in the mail from NCO Financial Systems Inc. That I owed AOL $95.60, which is the second time I have recieved the letter.

I disputed it the first time (a year ago) like it says in the letter, but it obviously didn't do any good.

This time I wrote a letter back to them and AOL, and I also plan to file a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau.

I even told them that I had my bank acount info stollen and reported to my bank and it was taken care of but aparently NCO and AOL didn't give a crap.

I also tried calling the number on the letter and it didn't work.

I decided to look up NCO on line and found a site devoted to how much they suck that led me to this site, which is great.

I couldn't believe that other people complained about the exact same thing and it was even for the same amount of money.

I wish everyone was honest...

Everyone should also put in a complaint with the better buisness bureau. They have a form for complaints against companies that didn't change account information after fradulent charges were reported... Spcifically for this kind of stuff.

So that's my rip off report.
