Do not Bid on their auctions from eBay, i won a auction lastweek. Whe it arrived the item inside was broken due to poor packing. Friday morning i emailed them to let them know the item was packed poorly and it was damaged inside the box. It took 2 emails to finally get a response from motorcitypawn.
Inside the box they inclosed this notice.

Okay i been emailing them since friday as of now i have not gotten a partial refund to cover shipping so i ca nsend the item back to the company for repair. All i get is we have to file a ups Claim. I asked them how long this will take.??? No reply. So i sent another email asking the same question? (NO reply) so today i guess the eBay manager decides to reply to me. Saying we will file a claim with UPS! So please let us do so in a Timely Fashion. So i sent another email, saying i won the auction just for that 1 item i did not need the rest of the items in thew auction. Atleast give me the refund i am asking for to cover shipping back to the company for a repair. I offered to send pictures of the broken item.
Now i am in a deadlock with this seller. No replys now. I sent a Qutoa from the Company to the seller for the cost of the repair. Still no reply.
So i wated my money for nothing. And that piece of paper thwy put into the box with that info is misleading. So far they have not honored it. Or lived up to their word. Sp today i guess i file the paypal claim.
