Overcharges Reported to Credit Bureau and Collection Agency Harassment

The problem I have with AT&T is that they have over charged, reported the disputed claims to the credit bureau and turned their version over to a collection agency for harassment.

What I would like to know if anyone has filed a class action suit against AT&T for this type of activity and if not would you be interested in joining one.

We can file a class action suit.
