Reporting a att wireless account i never had ripoff

This account is being handled now by about the 5th agency in 6 years. Each time I have disputed it and it just keeps coming back. This time it is really hurting me with the credit bureaus. I have spent all day calling the trulogic offices and after calling the collection agency board in Colorado.

I finally reached a corporate officer for tru logic. They claim I will get a letter faxed to me Monday stating it will be deleted and the inquiry will also be removed.

We will see. But this is definitely something a good class action attorney should get involved with. If I do not recieve fax monday I will be filing my own small claims suit
