Billed me for disconnect of service, referred charge to collection agency, reported to credit bureau. Ripoff! Littleton Colorado

I caught Dish double billing me, and I did not receive the programs that they promised. They then billed me for $227 that I refused to pay. They then referred this charge to a collection agency, and they reported it to Experian credit bureau.in Febrauary 2002 under the threat of a Class Action law Suit they decided to drop their charge, and they were to notify all credit bureaus, and the collection agency that the matter had been disposed of.

Today I discovered the collection charge remains on Experian, and they continue to make promises but the charges have not been erased from my report.
The collection agency Anderson Financial are no longer in business because of fraud, and theft. I want to file a class action law suit, and if we all come together as a group we can find attorneys who will take this case.
