I originally ordered one CD Rom for the ACT improvement for my son and authorized payment to my credit card. Afterwards, I started being charged monthly for additional CD's that I did not order.

I sent them back and reported it to my credit card company who temporarily took it off of my account. They've been repackaging and sending the items back with a sticker on the box saying that these items are not returnable.

I've reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Comsumer Protection Agency and things are still unresolved. The BBB has about 83 claims for the same complaints. A class action suit is what needs to be filed.
