I'm recording two grievances. To begin with their return policy is just a laugh. I attempted to come back products to get a reimbursement OR shop credit, nevertheless, I've dropped my bill. I had been refused any kind of reimbursement. ABSURD! I really hope their organization is out of company. I talked with two supervisors, among whom (Betty) was exceedingly rude.
