Bad customer service

Our 9 yr-old child and that I went x mas buying we'd an excellent evening till we visited Sirens.

She wished to be considered a big-girl and purchase her cousin a jacket together with her own income. Therefore she wound up getting 2. Meanwhile I had been standing away from shop awaiting her.

We went from the shop, I thought hello shops usually provide free gift containers and so I delivered her in, she arrived having a huge container. I mentioned wow that's far too big and he or she said yes and that I needed to spend $1 and so I delivered her in to obtain her money-back since the container was too large.

The cahier said "No" to her and so I went in. She stated I can not offer you back $1 in an exceedingly rude method moving her eyes at us. I stated relax she's 9 years old. The cashier stated in a rude method moving her eyes at us nicely if she's 9 perhaps she really should not be achieving this, completely upsetting my child.

She didn't inform me till soon after we experienced a disagreement this was for charity that we was good with however it was the way in which she handled my 9 yr-old that I had been not pleased with.

And So I asked to get a reimbursement since I didn't wish to invest a cent there. She stated we-don't provide discounts we just do trades and store credits. I had been so furious I acquired the silly shop credit, making me to return there again. X mas shopping wasn't so much enjoyment next experience. Our child and that I were equally annoyed.
