Bad customer service and no return allows

Don't store at Stonestown Whitehall jeweler!!! The client service is terrible. I do want to return the 4 jewel band since the cost is marked-up excessive when compared with additional jewelery shop, and so I introduced the band (without any scratch or harm) combined with the bill. Nevertheless, the salesman stated that he can't do the reimbursement since the supervisor isn't within the shop. It requires supervisor authorization to permit for return. Exactly what a worthless!!! He wishes me to return couple times later keep in touch with the supervisor concerning the reimbursement. I never found out about this sort of justification. He tips me he may do the exchange-only, but no reimbursement. (I suppose he really wants to obtain the fee easily purchase the higher-value jewelery. For reimbursement, he can't create any fee from me.)

I'm angry while there is no such organization plan or shop plan clarify this sort of reimbursement. I'd prefer to document the criticism to Whitehall jeweler customer support, but no-contact info are available on the site.
