Charged too much-no refund-just store credit!

Our cousin and that I have now been faithful clients of Permanently 21 for around ten years. We've never had any issues until today. We were buying in the Arrowhead mall area (AZ) this morning. Eileen, the guy that called us up was extremely skilled, nevertheless, before we'd actually quit the shop we observed we were billed twice for just one set of trousers. It was not really a large package, we realize that mistakes happen. We waited in-line once more to obtain our cash back. Eileen wasn't ready to fix his error so he named his supervisor to aid. To the dismay, she stated she was not able to provide a reimbursement and it is just permitted to provide retailer credit within the type of something special card. I am aware this is actually the organization plan for results / trades, but it was among your workers that had incorrectly billed us a lot of money. We'd not prepared on investing that cash at your institution, but are basically having to, because of your organizationis absurd plan. Not just are we never buying at Forever 21 again, we're also out cash. Ideally, somebody with expert at your organization may study this and recognize what an asinine plan you've and create some modifications. Normally, I assure you'll lose-even more devoted clients.
