EMC Mortgage offered my parents home loan to NationStar Mortgage about six months before. Our parents are aged with key ailment. NationStar Mortgage had me to accomplish paperwork for that producing house inexpensive plan. I finished the first paperwork and was informed they be eligible for the change. They e-mail me more paperwork and I finished that. I obtained a notice within the email a week ago declaring that my parents house was sell on Feb. 1st plus they have to transfer instantly.

I'm annoyed and need to understand so what can be achieved. Our parents have been in their 70's and my mother does in home hospital and today they've to depart their house.

I'd like to document a-class action suit from this organization!!!
