Total Scam

You contact them to help lower your monthly mortgage payment. They call you in one day and tell you they can lower your payment to this amount and tell you "THEY CAN HELP YOU."

They then collect a fee from you, mine was $700.00 prior to the following.

They fax over alot of paperwork for you to sign and fax back to them.in the following weeks you receive

A package of paperwork to fill out and send to your current mortgage lender.

Then the bank calls you back and says they do not accept third party mortgage modifications.

You then call US Mortgage Solutions and tell them, they send a second package to send tyo the bank,

The bank still denies you. You try to get a refund from US Mortgage Solutions, and then you just get the run around from then on and no refund.

State Attorney General in California is supposed to be investigating for multiple fraud complaints.
