Unreliable company

I had been lied to with a repetition at Cox Wire having said that my phone-line wouldn't be stop this AM on 4/24/09. I advised the repetition that I'd to function 2 1/2 hours today from my house and require the telephone line. She mentioned the support might remain on until 5-7pm today. I'd to produce my hours and am in risk of dropping my revenue over this. I have to be paid for this!!
