Intimidation for bill not woed

Directv is trying to collect for a bill that is not owed. After stopping my service with diredtv they have tried to harass me into paying a bill that I do not owe. I have written them letters informing them that my bill was paid in full, they still call. I have them on tape via the phone stating that I have paid my bill. Then they have someone else call stating that I owe them a different amount. I am now turning this over to usacomplaints.com as well as the ICC, BBB, State of AZ Attorney Gen. Office.

I would like people to know that if you deal with this firm to make sure that you record every phone conversation.
