AT&T
Fraudulently added services and billing I never requested

Like many others on this sight I found unwanted services being added to my bill and like many others I didnt even notice it for months. Both the companies claim my wife applied for their services. She was fooled by some online questionaire or survey. My REAL PROBLEM is with AT&T allowing this to occur. They say they cant stop this from happening in the future. That is a bunch of crap. I cant limit my sevices with them? Some other company can just tack on charges if they say we applied for them? What is AT&T thinking, allowing fraudulent companies to bill their customers?
