Sprint Pcs rip off, hidden fees, lies. Customers beware check your billing statemnts. Online billing, paper bills, automated services and sprint representive all will give you a different quote in your bill. A large difference. Added services will be on yourn bill without the customer request. Sprint representive will continue to apoligize and remove the adde services. When mulitiple complaints and mistakes are found for over charges, WHY? Can't Sprint stop the problem. Don't let one bill go by with out reading it throughly. You will find added services and hidden fees. When asked WHY? They would direct you to another representative to apoligize but no explanation is given.
