Shoddy products, Doesn't honor warranty, HORRIBLE customer service

I bought 8 PNY Storage packages to include storage to 8 pc pcs. Among the chips ended up to become faulty. I approached PNY to get a alternative under their lifetime guarantee. I delivered them the faulty component, at OUR cost, also it was delivered in my experience without them praising the guarantee. They currently expect me to deliver it back again to them, again at my cost, using the additional operating processor, that we don't have use of.instead of substitute THEIR faulty processor having a working one, this horrible organization decides to enjoy activities and additional piss off their client.
