I recently purchased a Sun Woman hair straightening iron from ISO Elegance Inc. Via eBay. It had been delivered in my experience on 11/9 and ceased employed in significantly less than fourteen days. I had been surprised to discover that the "lifetime guarantee" ISO provides with this item demands me to pay for $29.99 for "delivery and handling" along with the $9.00 I settled to deliver the faulty item back again to ISOis dealer in California. And so I've currently invested nearly $40 to come back a faulty item that I initially paid $50. I approached ISO by telephone and by mail and was informed that I've to pay for the $29.99, simply because they need to deliver it back again to Europe. Imaginable that I am unhappy with this specific reaction. The merchandise was practically fresh and just ceased operating through no misuse or mistreatment on my component. ISOis "lifetime guarantee" isn't any warranty - it is a total fraud!
