I bought an Aerobed. 6 months later, the mattress joints started to separate. I called. They delivered an upgraded mattress. 6 months later again, the mattress joints individual. The identical deficiency. This time I'm informed that they can not substitute it since the unique 12 months warranty ended and also the alternative mattress just had the remaining of the guarantee quit in the unique mattress therefore it was per month after dark guarantee period. They don't provide the alternative bedrooms a brand new guarantee simply because they understand using their faulty item they'd be changing the mattress every 6 months. It's not really a trusted solution. I examine additional grievances on below about joints separating. Should be a typical deficiency with Aerobeds. Customer BEWARE!!
