Customer service lies and are uneducated, they think we swallow thier bull crap

Oost Mobile must think we are all idiots. They say whatever they can dream up when you ask questions.
And I am sooooo sick of the error messages with almost every call I make when it drops!!!
After we started our service I called in because my bluetooth wouldnt work. After 3 idiots told me it was not the phone a lady said the problem was the bluetooth was not acctivated on my phone. I dont know if she was BSing me or not but whatever she did it worked. One idiot earlier told me that my phone would only work with 1 model earpiece. NOT TRUE! After the lady did whatever it was she did my phone was able to link with 3 different models of bluetoothes including a speakerphone that he said would not work.
A week later, I called back because my husbands phone (same make and model Etc identicle though) was doing it too. They told me they didnt know what I was talking about or what that lady did. I have called back lots but still no one knows what I am talking about and after more than a year his still doesnt work!
Can Boost please educate thier employees and stop making up whatever story they can think of. We are not that stupid!!! Im going to another provider BOOST Stinks!
