Re-Boost Card Could Not Be Recharged at Walmart or CVS

Boost re-Boost is crap! When you buy this card you pay $21.00 plus tax then when you try to recharge your card no one knows how to do it! I went to Walmart where I got the card to recharge it and was told they don't recharge them so I ask how can you sell them and not recharge them? Then I called Boost and they said that the CVS pharmacy do them so I go there and again I'm told we don't do that here. So my question is where the hell do you go? And how can they sell some thing and tell you that you can recharge the card and you can't!!
