According to the "Customer Bill of Rights, " TXU Electric lies when it says that after the first month's bill, you can switch back to your previous electrical provider for free. What they do not say is that you have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. You can always switch back for free, not necessarily within the first month. But you will always have to pay a cancellation fee. I found this out after an hour of being on the phone and speaking with three representatives.
