I decided to use Town & Country Real Estate & Appraisals as a property manager for my home in Hoke County. BIG MISTAKE! Rebecca Goins, the property manager has done little to earn her monthly fee.
The problem started with her putting tenants in the property who had problems making their rent payments from the beginning.
