G.A.R.R. JRIAL JRInstitute Petra Alluis of JRIAL, Judgment Recovery Institute of Advanced Learning promises and promises to pay and when finally payment was received, it BOUNCED!

Petra Alluis of JRIAL (Judgment Recovery Institute of Advanced Learning) in either Westminister or Santa Ana CA requested court research services from Wolfgang Research, specifically for judgments leads, supposedly for her students. Her payment terms changed after receiving the first batch of data from us and every week was a new "song and dance" about when invoices would be paid, then her paypal system was corrupted, she didn't want to use a credit card, the check was in the mail, etc. Finally, Wolfgang Research refused to send her data until payment was in hand. The services had already been provided and the data was ready for delivery, as soon as payment was in hand.
After numerous emails and voicemails with no positive resolution to the outstanding balance, a deadline was given to Ms. Petra of when payment needed to be in Wolfgang Researcher's Office and that the check must be in the form of a cashier's check as there was no doubt that if a regular check was sent, it would have a stop payment or bounce based on the way Ms. Petra had been acting over the last 2 months while Wolfgang Reseach tried to acquire payment.
FINALLY a check was sent for the over $700 balance! And just as had been expected, it was no shock to find that the check was a mere company check - not a bank cashier's check - and it was written by some company known as G.A.R.R. And made out to just "Wolfgang"... But wait, it gets better. Now, here is the surprise ending - NOT! The check bounced for insufficient funds!!! Even 7 days later, the account did not have enough funds to cover the check. So there is no doubt that this check was written intently knowing that it would not clear nor did Ms. Petra plan for it to ever clear.
Of course, the usual legal letter will be sent to her, G.A.R.R., JRIAL and associated company to give her the chance to make the bad check good, but its highly doubted that Ms. Petra will do anything to resolvee the issue. There will most likely be more excuses.
DO NOT RESEARCH FOR THIS FIRM UNLESS THEY GIVE YOU A DEPOSIT UP FRONT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE. Otherwise, you'll find yourself like Wolfgang Research, who had to pay their researchers who worked hard to obtain the data Ms. Petra has requested. And there it sits, collecting dust.
If this is the way they operate business with other professionals, I would be very worried about how they treat their "students". Take the money and run???
