NEVER signed up with AT&T

I am trying to switch to a different phone company because att charging me 3 times more then any other company, but they disided to charge me with disconection fee from last month. I called talked to horrible costumer service but that dont want to hear anything. I think ATT is sooooooooo horrible company.!!!
