Horrible, horrible horrible. I have had the RV511 laptop for less then 3 months and the adapter died! They wont send me a new one like they said they would over a week ago. Horrible customer service, horrible brand, horrible product. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! School starts for me in 6 days and now I dont have a laptop for the semester and I am screwed. Dont be like me!!!
