Directv Horrible Service Rude

Called to disconect my service, spoke to some one either in India or someone of Indian descent in the states. Was given very hard time about disconnecting the service, was told "mom why are you so uptight?"
Never experiensed such horrible and rude service. Also was billed for the service of one month after disconection notice.
