Horrible service

I requested out of this organization about the 1st. They charged my Charge Card INSTANTLY after I put the purchase. The next week, I examine my mail to determine they wrote me to express they backordered a product (site stated "in-stock") and might I love to obtain a distinct product rather? They'd not deliver my purchase till they noticed back from me. Because of the lateness, I wrote back and TERMINATED my purchase. About the 23rd (that is 12 DAYS LATER) they deliver mean email saying my purchase simply delivered plus they have backordered the rest of the product! Totally DISMISSED my termination, declare to possess not obtained it, and provide STORE CREDIT JUST on results. This terrible customer support is anything I Have NEVER experienced in most my nights off online shopping. Why might I'd like shop credit in a shop I'll never store at again!? Don't purchase out of this website.
