Extremely bad experience with Eliot Management Group

I bought this business and the previous owner was served by EMG. I contacted a rep and asked her if she could send me the agreement so that I could review it. She refused and said that she would personally come to my business place with the contract. Next day which was my first day at the business she came and we went over the contract standing near a counter. I asked her if there was a termination fee and she said no. I signed the contract in the midst of very busy first day. That night I went home and read the contract. There was $65 monthly lease fee for the instrument which was now being transferred to me. And I was suppose to pay it for next 24 months. I realized that the previous owner should have paid off the lease. So next day I contacted the agent and asked her for the pay off amount. She told me that it would be $900 (which later turned out to be $1800). I felt that something was wrong. I went to Costco website, in their business service section saw that they were selling similar equipment for ~$350 (free after rebate). I contacted Costco and found out that their fees were comparable or better than EMG and I didn't have to pay monthly charge. I contacted the agent and told her to cancel the contract. She said she would take care of it and I didn't have to worry about the lease because the transfer was not processed. After few days I received a statement from the credit card processing company. I called their customer service. Only at this point I realized that the processing company wasn't EMG. The lady was extremely rude and vicious. She told me, "You can charge your customers whatever you like and so can we". She was in no mood of listening. She told me that I would have to pay $595 for termination fee. I tried contacting the agent she told me that they shouldn't charge me termination fee because she hadn't even programmed my terminal. And she would talk to her corporation and get the fees reversed. Since then it has been a week and I am not able to get hold of her. I have sent her and her secretary emails and left them numerous messages but haven't heard from them.

So in short, they charged previous owner much more than $1800 for an equipment which you can buy new for around $500.
They are trying to get $595 termination fee for a service they never provided.
