FFREE5000MINUTES.com has charged my credit card account in the amount of $61.02 without my consent or knowledge. I have no idea what services the provide, IF they provide any services.
My husband and I have been battling them for two months to receive credit for this bogus charge. They address our requests with long waits on hold, hang-ups and claims that they have no records of our repeated requests for credit.
In the meantime, I'm paying interest on this charge. The supervisors who have been lying to us about crediting my account are Sylvia, Tyva and Danny. We are more than furious and are taking legal action against them. Anyone who has encountered these thieves and wants to put them where they belong, call:
