Grocery store heart found in chicken breast / do not buy kroger food products!

I will NEVER buy from Kroger Co. Again! I would advise everyone else to do the same who cares about their health.
After defrosting 2 boneless, skinless breasts (which by the way, one of the first chicken breasts out of the bad DID have a bone in it) I began to cut one in half and found a HEART in it. Tubes and all!
That is the most digusting thing I have ever seen and I am now a vegetarian because of it. And all Kroger wanted to give me was a gift certificate FOR MORE CHICKEN!
Believe me that company has NOT heard the last of me!
