Summit / Trans Tech Credit Card processing company VERY calleous company!

We had a rep from Summit come into our store in regards to changing our processing. He ran the figures and informed us that he could save our company $200.00/mo due to the fact that we were processing through PNC and they were a third party. I had very specific?'s for this rep due to the fact of being decieved by a company in the past (Trans-Tech).

First and foremost was the company he worked for transtech he states no. I also asked if I would be in a contract he quoted "absolutely not if you're unhappy you can cancel the contract at any time". By now I became known as "partner". I also asked about mid and non qualified rates I was informed I had a flat rate across the board. Finally my considerate salesman rushes in "for you partner cause your busy" and hands me a BLANK pink piece of paper to sign and I think a yellow sheet and says "I'll fill it all in later I have to rush over to some more clients", it was the end of the month.

Anyway I get my bill 3.3% on some cards I call to cancel find out I was put into a 3yr contract and that if I don't process the $5.00/mo fee goes to $34.50 I NEVER got a copy of my contract still to date don't know what it says and a couple weeks after this the rep quit. I faxed to them a letter to cancel my contract mid May and they are still taking money out of my account in August. Also Summit is indeed an affiliate of TransTech!
