Transtech Merchant Group lies about application to get you into a contract $495 to get out

Sales Rep came in saying that they could beat my current Credit Card processing rates. Had me fill out an application to get the rates. I was contacted by someone about processing terminal options and at that time I said that I was not interested in their services. After trying to talk me into continuing with the process, they finally understood and said okay. I also told the Rep that I was only inquiring and that I was not interested. I am now in a 3yr contract that is going to cost me $495 plus 2 monthly fees to get out of. It's a trick (scam).in order to get a rate quote they need your information on an application that is actually a contract.
