Showed ANDYrates, need better rates on commercial card and getting OUR APP FEE WAIVED AS WELL AS OUR EARLY TEMINATION FEE PAID TO OUR PREVIOUS COMPANY! ANDY and i talk about extras, ANDY told me that visa - mc dont do that. It is my processing co. Screw you. Gave ck. For set up, contract stats 1.46 rate.

4 days later rena calls, to set terminal. I asked her about the rates. Rena said that rate only appiles only to swip cards. I told him we were being charged 1.46 and 12 cents per card on top of 3.78 percent for business cards andy sims said that would be the the only rate. Rena said i will find out about that. They started taking feees. And the rest is the corp. Run around. Then i get a bill for services i dont even have. Called SUPERVISOR at 800-701-2831 at fist american payment sys. Told me he has nothing to due with transtech.
