Lied about charges, charged more and delivered less

This company said they placed my order, but did not. When I called to check shipping status, they said product no longer available in color. She apologized and stated she would place new order in neew color and waive engraving fee.

I said that was fine but I had to have product by certain date. She said she would upgrade shipping to make sure I received for wedding Sat night. I called back the next day to get shipping info and was told no such guarantee could be made. They would charge me $30 for overnight and had not waived the engraving fee.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and a woman named Josie, who said she was the owner, got on the phone. I told her what happened and she called me a liar. She said she knows her salespeople and no way did one of her people tell me it would be here by Sat. She said she would check the recorded call to verify and asked if I wanted a copy. I said I did, then she backed down and said I was obviously not going to be happy and she was cancelling the order.

Gifts for professionals, but obviously not gifts from professionals. Please email them and tell them they should not talk to customers that way.
