They lied to me

I placed my order one month ago, I called last week to check on delivery, was told it would be delivered yesterday, it was not delivered. I called today, was told it was taken off expedition for shipping, and they did not know when I would receive it. On their recording when you call it says check their web site for tracking information, there isn't any place on that site where you can check on the tracking. I also asked to speak to a supervisor, was told they were all busy and no one could speak with me. I cancelled my order and I warn you not to buy from a company like this, especially when they can't get their product out in a faster matter.
