Liar! Liar! Liar! - puj baby tu

I suggest that nobody should trust their international shipping to shopusashipinternational. I ordered a white Puj baby Tub, for my sister's newborn baby through them since January 16 and did not receive any confirmation. I called them from Indonesia so many times but they are very hard to reach. 2 weeks after i send the money via pay pal, they said that they have already order the stuff. Then i waited for shipping confirmation and didn't get one. I called them many times again and the guy named Faiz, who is the owner, said that they have not made the order for me because he forgot. 1 Week later, i called and he apologized because he forgot to order again. I constantly called him over and over again and he said that his brother just passed away. So i gave him another week to order and when i called him he said that he already got the product and will send it by that night. The next morning i called, he said that the shipping people are picking it up and will give me the reacking number. Then i called 3 days later and he said he have not sent it, he forgo and he will do it that night. Then i called him again 3 days later and he have not sent it yet. I told him to refund me the money instead because i want to use other provider and now its 8 March and i have NOT get my money back. I have at least make 20 calls to them, which they will apologize over and over again but will DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. How can a business in America is so dishonest?! Do not use them!
