Worst customer service - 1.5 mb broadband dsl

I have never experienced customer service that was this terrible from any company in my life. I placed an order for wireless internet and was supposed to have a modem sent to my home. That order was placed a month ago and I was told at that time it would take 3-4 days to receive. I still don't have it. I have called Windstream 4 times and explained the issues and they are still not resolved. The first time I called to follow-up after I did not receive the modem, I was told that they forgot to place the order and they would overnight ship the modem to me. I then received a moive streaming device that I did not ask for. I called back again and they said they sent out the wrong item and they would ship out the modem. This time I asked to speak with a supervisor and spoke with a gentleman named Steve. I asked that he email me with what had transpired and the fees that would be waived and he said he would. I did not receive an email from him. I called back last night and asked to speak with a supervisor again since I still had not received the modem and was told they were busy but I would receive a return phone call last night. I did not get a call back. I called back today and again was told they didn't place the order but they would overnight ship the modem to me... We'll see if I actually ever get it... The funniest thing is, I was told the first month's charge would be waived when I originally placed the order and I received a bill before I have received the modem! Steer clear of this company-I would NEVER recommend them! Horrible customer service over and over and over! And the worst part is you can tell they don't care how bad their service is...
