Rude company and they do not refund according their their own policies

This company is ridiculous. I ordered a veil from them that was damaged when it arrived. I returned it right away and asked for them to send me a new one. They never did! When I asked for a refund they told me they would have to wait until the veil arrived. I showed they already had it in their possession. They gave me the run around... 2 months later, 6 emails and 5 phone calls I still have no refund. Save yourself the trouble of ordering through this place. They are one of those cheap online scam companies who take advantage of brides during the most important time of their lives. They should be out of business for the way they respond and treat their customers - shame on them!
