Misrepresented fraud Bait & Switch ripoff

On June 19th, I went to Matinas in Beachwood where Mira Popovich showed me samples of items of which to purchase from. I ordered a $495.00 Tiara and a $800.00 veil. When I went for pick up on October 5th and examined my order, I noticed immediately that the veil she was giving me, was not the one I had ordered. Mita argued with me that the handmade tag that was on the veil was the same as the receipt.

When we went to look for the sample that I had chosen and ordered from, It was missing. I refused to take the veil and asked for my money back. She refused. I then left the store.

When I got home, I looked at the Tiara. It was a knockoff and a handmade duplicate of what I had ordered. Not at all the quality of the one I had looked at. It did have an authentic tag from the compnay attached to it.

I am now seeking counsel to reclaim my money.
