Stan Mizell Engines rips off his customers and his employees. I worked for SME in the past and seen that he sells his customers engines that they do not need, some just need cylinder head gasket replacement.

He rips his employees off by placing ads in the news paper stating 30 an hour flat rate, but when you get there that when they tell that it is 20 an hour flat rate, but if get to work on time everyday you get 25 an hour flat rate and if you get 35 hours on the books for 3 weeks in a row then and only then due get the 30 an hour flat rate. Nobody has ever gotten 30 an hour, because they make sure you do not get more than 25 hours a week. When customer come back for warranty work they tell the customer they can not find any thing wrong with the engine. The person that assembles the engines has only been working on engines for 4 months.
