Similar situation to a previous report submitted a few months ago in June by Michelle from Toronto.

The manager, I think probably the same lady was assisting my sister with her dress and veil choices. We placed the deposit in January - the wedding is in a month and she just received it. Also, they told us that we have to pay an extra $150 to have it sent in on time to be delivered in mid to end of August. They refused to refund that extra amount even though the dress was delivered past their date. We just received it today.

Also, contrary to what they told us, they just told her that they can't do her alterations. So we can attest to the fact that even though they measured the length, the dress came back too long and now they refuse to do alterations on it. This is similar to Michelle's story as well.

A couple months ago, when we got the veil, we had to ask them to return the veil and order a new one because it was different from the one that we originally wanted. It was put together differently (the lace was glued to the veil rather then sewn). We had ordered one by Alfred Sung and was shocked that it was 1. Not the one we ordered and 2. Made so poorly - the lace was glued on incorrectly and it didn't line up to the main piece of the veil. When we went back and explained this, they re-ordered it.
