Refused to accept return

Item requested wasn't exactly the same shade as described on site — and that I don't imply a tone off, I am talking about it had been described as brownish and also the product obtained was offwhite. Listed here is where the actual difficulty started: it got over per month and 10 telephone calls plus obtaining my charge card included in order for them to approve the return; then another 14 days of telephone calls to obtain the reimbursement for that return

I've a buddy who enjoys the corporation; but she's never had a return! Individually, I'd never purchase from their website again.
