Poor service

Got my christmas-order today from AE (requested on line). The layer I requested wasn't included - a set of children trousers (I requested no children garments) was incorporated. Called customer support. I've to 1) delay to obtain a return mailing brand after which bundle up and deliver that I never requested back again to them; 2) watch for that product to obtain back again to obtain a reimbursement for that coat I NEVER OBTAINED; 3) reorder the layer, obtaining a minute cost on my charge card. The ultimate straw was that I'd to provide my charge card data within the telephone. After I informed the broker the telephone wasn't a safe method to hand out my creditcardnumber I acquired a snotty "We Are not available of promoting charge card numbers!". I terminated the layer - nevertheless need to watch for the reimbursement and today need to discover another Holiday present. I'll NEVER store at AE again.
