Damage caused by CREST Cleaners

This location is near to my condo building and so I thought I'd provide them with a try. It had been A LARGE MISTAKE! Before making my Gucci dress for dry-cleaning I spoke for their consultant and questioned when there is anything could be incorrect in cleansing this 100% cotton gown. CREST consultant mentioned they utilize SECURE substances. They destroyed my gown!!! They stained and pushed it. I'll never return. Terrible experience!!! Bear in mind!
